This page explains what Cinkify is, lets you try a few exercises and talk to Cinki, and has a form for requesting access to the pilot. The application's own policy, with full details of how student data is processed, is provided to the school when the accounts are set up.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts, images and the video are served from our own server.
If you request access to the pilot. The form collects your name, your email and your phone number with your country code, plus your browser type and the page you send it from. We use them only to manage your access: to send you the link to the community, to add you if you can't join yourself, and to write to you about your account. The legal basis is your own request. We keep them on our server for as long as the pilot lasts or until you ask us to delete them, and they are not shared with anyone. Your first name is stored in your browser so that, when you reopen the window, you go straight to the community link; it stays on your device.
If you join the WhatsApp community. Joining is voluntary. The community is run by IACTIVA LABS, S.L. within WhatsApp, a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and governed by its own terms and privacy policy. In the community's announcements group only we post, and other members can't see your number; the administrators can, as can anyone who already has you in their contacts. You can leave whenever you like.
If you use the Cinki chat. When you write to Cinki, and also when you get an exercise wrong a second time and Cinki appears on its own, we send Anthropic the exercise, the type of error in your answers and the chat messages. Anthropic is the provider of the artificial intelligence model, is based in the United States and acts as data processor; the transfer is covered by its data processing agreement, which includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't store the conversation. We only keep a daily usage counter, linked to a code derived from your connection and the date, from which your IP address cannot be recovered and which is deleted after two days. It's used to limit use of the demo. Please don't type personal data into the chat.
As on any website, the server keeps the usual technical access logs (IP address, date and time, browser) for security and to detect problems. Those logs are kept for a short time and are not used to profile you.
Student accounts work with a username and a PIN, with no email address. Only the minimum data is requested. The school receives the application's full policy and manages consent before students are registered.
You can ask us for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@iactivalabs.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
